Senior Manager, FP&A

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A - Consolidations.

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate company P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting and forecasting

Lead and improve forecasting exercises and variance analyses

Drive process and reporting automation while supervising and mentoring Finance Managers

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive Finance experience with budget consolidation and forecasting

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, preferably in Retail and E-commerce

Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial reporting systems, preferably NetSuite

Proven ability to supervise and develop high-performing Finance staff
