Overview

Seeking an experienced AML Investigator with strong brokerage / broker-dealer background to review securities transactions and identify suspicious activity. This role focuses on equities, bonds, options, and futures — not retail banking or KYC / EDD work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze brokerage transactional data for money laundering patterns and suspicious activity.
• Research clients and trading activity using internal and external sources.
• Determine if cases can be closed or escalated for SAR filing.
• Draft clear and accurate SAR narratives.
• Meet daily / weekly case closure quotas and report progress.
• Handle brokerage-specific tasks such as ACAT transfers, margin reconciliation, and securities processing.
