Fanatics is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Operations to deliver the analytics, insights, and operating rigor that keep leadership decisions sharp. This is a hands-on, high-output role supporting the Director of VIP Strategy & Operations and the broader VIP leadership team. You will own fast-turn analytical and operational requests, prepare executive-level communications, and help drive top strategic priorities across the organization. The ideal candidate moves quickly, communicates clearly, and thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment where precision and follow-through matter.

Key responsibilities include :

• Provide executive-ready insights to the VIP leadership team, working alongside Strategy & Operations team to ensure analysis drives action and key strategic outcomes for the business
• Analyze performance data and trends to inform decisions on customer acquisition, retention, and events strategy; covering a range of tasks from fast-turn, ad hoc analyses to longer-term pilot tests and process enhancements
• Support the President's daily and weekly operating rhythm, triage priorities, and track follow-ups across key initiatives
• Support Director of VIP Strategy & Operations in laying the operational groundwork to rapidly scale our business - comfort with blue sky ideation is a must
• Develop models and dashboards that improve visibility into key metrics and business drivers
• Anticipate information needs for the President and senior leadership team, ensuring timely delivery of analyses and updates

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
