We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our Hartford start-up team. This role will be primarily a delivery driver and also perform warehouse duties depending on business needs. Objective is to ensure customers receive their HVAC / R products on time and in excellent condition while helping maintain smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver HVAC / R equipment and supplies to customer locations.Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying order accuracy.Provide professional, courteous service to customers at delivery sites.Assist with warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, and staging orders.Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and vehicle environment.Support branch operations and team goals as part of the new branch start-up.Pay Rate : $21 to $24 per hour DOE

Qualifications
Prior delivery driving and / or warehouse experience preferred.Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.Box Truck Experience is a strong plusClean driving record with ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.Forklift certification a plus (training available).Strong customer service and communication skills.Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a start-up environment.High School diploma or GEDBasic math skillsAttention to detail and customer focusExcellent attendance and strong worth ethicAbility to pass pre-employment drug screen and DMV record check
