We are looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to manage a California territory with a focus on Southern California. This role is ideal for a results-driven hunter with experience selling woodworking machinery, CNC equipment, or industrial machinery. You will grow new business, expand existing accounts, and build strong relationships with cabinet millwork and manufacturing clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and win new accounts across California
- Conduct onsite demos and present solutions that drive ROI
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Host equipment trials and attend industry events
- Keep CRM, pipeline, and forecasts accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
Requirements
3-5+ years of outside sales experience in woodworking, CNC, or industrial machineryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong mechanical and technical aptitudeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBased in Southern California with a valid driver's license and reliable transportationAble to commute to Anaheim for demos and customer visitsWhat We Offer
