How Youll Make An Impact
The Food and Beverage Manager works to create a positive work environment for the team while also ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, and inventory control of food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- Assist in preparing and managing the annual Food & Beverage budget, including cost control for food, beverage, and labor
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
