Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, execution, and oversight of federal Advance Planning Documents and related agreements
Coordinate efforts across NC HIEA, Medicaid, and vendor staff to achieve program goals
Monitor project implementation and ensure compliance with agreements and regulations
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in contract development, administration, and monitoring
3 years of experience in budget development, administration, and monitoring
3 years of experience in implementing data governance and exchange documentation
3 years of experience in coordinating staffing needs across business units
3 years of experience in monitoring and reporting project progress
