Program Management Advisor

Peraton is seeking an experienced Program Management Advisor to provide daily support to Program Managers in the following, but not limited to, duties :

• Manage and coordinate daily / weekly schedules, briefing coordination onboarding / offboarding duties, vendor visits and similar duties.
• Provide leadership and insight to high visibility, high impact tasks, both in the short term, quick-paced goals; as well as the planning and execution of management long range goals.
• Understand tasking in a fast paced environment with the ability to analyze the situation, propose educated / innovative / well-thought-out solutions, coordinate all activities through the decision making process resulting in a successful, well-communicated outcome.
• The successful candidate will possess the highest degree of integrity and discretion to successfully complete tasking with little supervision.
• Performs a variety of project administration support services to include briefing coordination involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project / Program Manager.
• Provides support to the Project / Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle.
• Works on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.
• Briefs management on the status of action items.
• May assist in writing narratives for reports.
• Monitors project timeline; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors, and maintains project files.
• Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.
• May prepare memorandums.

Qualifications :

Target Salary Range : $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
