Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a Project Manager, PMO Processes and Tools to join their team. As a Project Manager, PMO Processes and Tools, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Foster City, CA

Pay Range : $100 / hour

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for defining and deploying new PMO processes and tools.
• Act as the primary liaison between PMO, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and shared understanding of requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive process and tool improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for core PMO tools such as Jira, Confluence, and BI platforms, providing guidance and developing best practices.
• Develop and deliver training materials to promote successful adoption of new tools and processes organization-wide.
