Bilingual Senior HR Generalist

Our client, a growing food manufacturer in the Romeoville, IL, area, is seeking a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist to join their HR team! This individual must be fully bilingual in Spanish and have specific areas of direct influence within HR including leaves of absences, performance management, benefits and payroll administration.

This Bilingual Senior HR Generalist will work fully onsite in their Romeoville location.

Bilingual Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities :

• Oversee and administer leave request and accommodations, particularly under the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, state and local leave laws
• Advise Management of employee issues and take appropriate steps toward conflict resolution
• Administer EEO / AAP and OSHA / Safety programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Administers new hire orientation and responsible for the processing of all new hire onboarding
• Oversee adherence to performance management tracking
• Administer and facilitate talent recruitment efforts, for both hourly and salaried employees
• Responsible for the confidentiality of sensitive personnel data, assist in the analysis and interpretation of laws and regulations and consistently applying practices and procedures
• Understand and implement Corporate Human Resources benefits and compensation policies and procedures

Bilingual Sr. HR Generalist Requirements :

• 5+ years of direct HR experience
• Must be filly bilingual in Spanish
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
• Proven track record in the development and implementation of Human Resource Programs
• Training and facilitation skills
• Experience with Workday preferred
