Peoplesoft FSCM Consultant

Title : Peoplesoft FSCM Consultant

Location : ustin, TX

Duration : One year contract role

Required :

• Client's experience responding to and maintaining customer requests via the CAPPS Service Desk tickets with current information and statuses, including but not limited to break fixes, required maintenance, and enhancement requests
• Experience providing training assistance and User Acceptance Testing support for designated agency personnel
• Experience participating in ERP initiatives
• Experience developing functional design documents for all required code modifications, writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
• Experience developing, executing, validating, and recording test scenarios and scripts to ensure critical requirements are met
• Experience with creating and maintaining 508 / A DA documents for distribution
• Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCIVI core modules on version 9.2 or higher
• Knowledge of information Technology infrastructure ure Library principles and practices for lT Activities such as lT service management and I T asset management that focus on aligning lT services with the needs of the business
• Experience working with Texas state government processes, policies, and procedures (Preferred)
• Client's experience participating in Priority 1 and Priority 2 (P1lP2) incidents according to module responsibilities (Preferred)
• Experience participating in disaster recovery exercises (Preferred)
• Client's experience analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and to improve existing CAPPS Financials functionality for implementations and production support (Preferred)
• Client's experience reviewing CAPPS system capabilities, specifications, and limitations to determine if the requested change is possible within CAPPS (Preferred)
• Client's experience planning, designing, developing , implementing, supporting, and maintaining security measures to safeguard system information to ensure that CAPPS produces accurate data, performs efficiently, and adheres to applicable state / federal policies (Preferred)
• Client's experience performing customer-facing responsibilities in support of the CAPPS expansion efforts for Central and Hub agencies (Preferred)
• Client's experience maintaining accurate CAPPS documentation of expansion and / or Production analysis and deliverables. (Preferred)
• Work examples : Agency Implementations, New Agency Creation, l / odule Expansions or Third-party integrations for additional functionality (Preferred)
• Client's experience coordinating and performing functional "go live" activities, including cutover, acro ss all involved areas including technical, security , Managed Services vendor, and customer agency (Preferred)
• Experience working with the Accounts Payable c ore module of PeopleSoft FSCNI using version 9 .1 or higher (Preferred)
• Experience working with the Asset lV Management core module of PeopleSoft FSCI\I using version 9.1 or higher (Preferred)
• Experience working with the General Ledger / Commitment Control core module of PeopleSoft FS CIV using version 9.1 or higher (Preferred)
• Experience working with the Purchasing / eProcurement core module of PeopleSoft FSCM using v ersion 9.1 or higher (Preferred)
• Experience writing queries via SQL Developer and analyzing data using PeopleSoft FSCIV 9.2 or higher (Preferred)
• Experience writing queries via SQL Developer and analyzing data using PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 or higher (Preferred)
• Experience working with the Accounts Receivable / Billing non-core module of PeopleSoft FSCTV u sing version 9.1 or higher (Preferred)
