Client Service Coordinator

ChatterNola, a pediatric therapy clinic specializing in speech-language and ABA therapy, is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our mission to provide high-quality care and support for our young patients and their families. Working Monday through Friday, 8 : 15 AM to 4 : 45 PM , you'll oversee front-office operations in our clinic, which serves as a warm and inviting space for families and staff alike.

As the Client Service Coordinator, you'll handle day-to-day tasks like maintaining a clean and organized reception area, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance benefits. You'll also play a key role in supporting parents and caregivers, offering resources and guidance to empower them as they assist their children's development. Our team collaborates closely with healthcare professionals, educators, and specialists, and you'll be an important link in this network, helping ensure each child receives the support they need.

We're looking for someone with at least three years of medical office experience , strong communication skills, and a customer service mindset. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time-management abilities are a must. We value a positive, professional demeanor and a results-focused attitude.
