Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with Litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled advocate with strong research and writing abilities, a collaborative mindset, and compassion for the clients they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before courts, arbitration panels, and administrative bodies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and defense materials, while advising clients and claims personnel on complex legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable precedents to support case strategy.
• Manage case files, including investigations, discovery, and evaluation of liability and damages for settlement, arbitration, or trial.
