Classification : The Complex Litigation Attorney is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Complex Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex litigation involving large-scale claims, including product liability, pharmaceutical, medical device, environmental, and other mass tort cases. As a Complex Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing and litigating cases on behalf of clients, working closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the successful resolution of mass tort claims.
