Role Overview

We are looking for a Web Design & UX Volunteer to create, enhance, and maintain a dynamic, user-friendly website that communicates the mission and impact of our youth program. This role is key to ensuring our digital presence is engaging, accessible, and informative for youth, families, and supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a visually compelling, mobile-responsive website using a CMS platform (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress).
• Ensure the website structure and layout offer an optimal user experience (UX).
• Update site content regularly with news, events, program updates, and youth success stories.
• Collaborate with marketing team to integrate videos, photo galleries, and digital resources.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
• Monitor traffic and engagement using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure data security, functionality, and regular backup of the site.
