Massage Therapist

Summary :

The Massage Therapist will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, promoting relaxation, relieving pain and enhancing overall well being.

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each client.
• Work collaboratively with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop personalized massage plans to address clients' specific concerns.
• Perform various massage modalities, including Swedish, therapeutic, prenatal, deep tissue and hot stone.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in treatment rooms.
• Communicate effectively with every client, providing clear instruction, explanations and feedback.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Stay up to date with industry developments.
• Recommend relevant products or services to clients, such as skin care products or follow up appointments.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco / nicotine-free policy
