• Mentorship Programs for Technicians :

For technicians who are newer to emergency medicine, we offer a structured mentorship program designed to build confidence and advance clinical skills in a fast-paced ER environment. Our experienced team is passionate about teaching and committed to supporting your professional development every step of the way.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• 1 year of emergency experience (recommended, not required)
• Valid California RVT license (if applicable)
• Proficient in safe animal handling and restraint
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Skills in IV catheter placement & venipuncture
• Experience with anesthetic induction, maintenance, and recovery
• Diagnostic imaging proficiency
• Confident triage skills
• Clear, diplomatic communication with clients and team
• Excellent customer service

• $28.00 - $46.00 per hour (dependent on experience, licensure, and education)
• Sign-on Bonus
• RVT (ER Full-Time) :
• $8,000 for qualifying shifts
• VA (ER Full-Time) :
• $6,000 for qualifying shifts
