Sigma Builders, an innovative custom home builder in Carmel IN, is currently seeking a Warranty Manager who is motivated, organized, a self-starter, good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all team members, trades, and customers. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skill and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY :

Primary responsibility for responding to service requests in the field, 30-day, and 1 year warranty items.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct in-person homeowner assessments on an as needed basis.
• Determine if corrective work order is needed.
• Lead root-cause analysis.
• Manage trades to completion of service requests to customers' satisfaction.
• Perform service related tasks (e.g., adjustments, repairs), as requested.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Determine trade accountability for back charges
• Authorize payment for work performed up to approval limits.
• Communicate and follow-up as needed with clients, trades, sub-vendors

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : (work related, tools / equipment, software, etc.) :

Minimum of 1-3 years customer service and warranty experience or equivalent

Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different personality types

Strong emphasis on quality of service, follow-up, and urgency

Basic construction skills and knowledge

Excellent communication and listening skills

Analytical ability necessary to perform root cause analysis

Ability to manage warranty / customer service processes in a high

Basic computer skills

Conflict resolution skills

Driver's license with proof of insurance

Pass Background Check and Drug test

Pay : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
