    • Position Overview :

  • The Accounting Manager will oversee key accounting functions, manage a team of 2–4 professionals, and ensure accurate GAAP-compliant reporting.
  • This role is responsible for financial leadership, compliance, operational improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage month-end close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial variance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and support SOP development for accounting functions.
  • Mentor and lead the accounting team while overseeing expense reporting, payments, and daily operations.
  • Support internal audit requirements, compliance with regulations, and enhancement of internal controls.
  • Optimize ERP / accounting systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Assist CFO and Controller with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in service, construction, or related industries preferred.
  • ERP system experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI a plus.
