As an AT&T Sales Associate, youll act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring all their needs are met while exceeding the expectations set. We believe in encouraging talent to learn by providing the tools, training, and mentorship needed to excel in sales and overall customer experience. We aim to have you collaborate daily with our sales and AT&T Sales Associate teams to develop unique strategies that deliver favorable results. This role can serve as a launchpad for future leaders, offering the sales skills and platform to take on greater challenges and responsibilities as our team grows.
What Youll Do As An AT&T Sales Associate :
- Engage with residential customers to drive new sales for AT&T telecommunications and technology products and ensure excellent customer service
- Educate consumers on promotions, products, and brand benefits that best fit their needs and guide them through the sales process
- Record and analyze consumer engagements to enhance & improve the sales delivery process
- Work with the sales and management team to strategize on how to grow and improve consumer acquisition by utilizing negotiation and upselling techniques
- Learn leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship
- Attend daily training sessions with the AT&T Sales Associate team to develop sales, negotiation, and leadership skills with senior leaders
- Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Associates to understand market trends & changes in consumer interactions
Qualifications For an AT&T Sales Associate :
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, or similar field is requiredLeadership, management, or sales experience is a plus but not requiredA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and AT&T Associate teammatesReliable transportation with the ability to commute to our officeA desire to grow, take on challenges, and step into leadership roles in the futureThis is a full-time, commission-based position with an on-target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
