Program Director

Aging Well Program Director

You will be responsible for the Aging Well program, including the program staff to ensure that clients are provided with the highest quality and resources. The Program Director will be passionate about elder services and internal and external partners for continued support of the program and its clients. Hybrid Role, 20% Remote Work.

Your Main Priorities While additional responsibilities are likely to arise on the job, you will primarily :

• Oversee program staff i.e., complete individual supervision with staff, performance evaluations, etc.
• Coordinate activities with local and government groups concerned with the planning and delivery of services to clients.
• Work with the Vice President of Finance to oversee preparation of all program budgets and ensure fiscal compliance with all state and federal reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all program licensure, certification and funding requirements by communicating with appropriate people or agencies as needed.
• Promote the Aging Well Program in a positive manner in the community.

Who You Are Requirements, Skills & Abilities :

Travel Requirements Site Location : Middletown & Providence Statewide travel required

Physical Requirements Direct Service Staff : This position requires time sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying and lifting up to 25lbs. This role also requires operating desktop, laptop and / or cell phone, and communicating with colleagues.
