BHN is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Program Director to join our new clinic in Fall River and help lead our growing ABA and IHBS teams.

What You'll Do
Recruit, hire, and train ABA and IHBS staffSupervise and evaluate staff performance and clinical practiceOversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and Functional Behavior AssessmentsSupport program growth through school and community outreachMonitor quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory complianceMediate client, staff, and provider concerns; respond to on-call needsLead staff meetings and contribute to agency-wide initiativesReview and monitor data, including MABH Access and internal metricsWho You Are
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (required)Licensed BCBA / LABA in Massachusetts (required)5+ years of experience working with youth and families in behavioral health settings3+ years of supervisory and program management experienceSkilled in leadership, problem-solving, and staff developmentExperience with home-based service delivery and CBHI regulations (preferred)Strong communication, organizational, and time management skillsWe Hire for Purpose!
