Clerical Medical Receptionist
Location : San Marcos, CA Pay : $24 / hour | Full-Time | Onsite
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Clerical Medical Receptionist to join our clients team in San Marcos. This is a full-time, onsite role with opportunities for advancement within a large, team-oriented healthcare company. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily clerical and front office operations.
Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The candidate must be available to work any day MondaySunday, 5 days per week, in 8-hour shifts between 6 : 00 AM and 10 : 30 PM.
