What You’ll Do

• Help real people live safe, independent lives at home

• Be a friend, a support, and a positive presence

• Help with daily tasks like meals, rides, cleaning, or just being there

• Work in your local area

• Be respected for who you are and the care you give

What You Need to Bring

• Be 18 or older

• A car, a license, and proof of insurance

• A kind heart and a strong sense of responsibility

• A background check and reference

No experience? That’s okay. We’ll train you.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Support: Help clients with daily living and independence

• Professional Friendship: Build strong, healthy, respectful relationships

• Daily Living Assistance: Support personal care and household needs

• Health and Wellness: Join them at medical visits, encourage healthy habits, and support social connection

To Join ABI Resources

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of disability experience is great (but not required)

• Valid driver’s license and insurance

• Background check and personal or professional reference

• Must pass a drug screening

• Must be ready to make a real difference
