Job Title : Program Manager

Location : Plano, TX ( Remote )

Job Description :

• Program Management of our MSP program.
• Program Leadership & Governance.
• Serve as day-to-day lead for the TalentStream program
• Stand up and run monthly operational reviews, quarterly supplier reviews, and executive steering routines.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and adoption metrics, ensuring clear issue tracking and timely escalation.
• Establish and enforce a clear governance structure, including Executive Steering Committee, Operational Governance forums, and Supplier Performance Reviews.
• Define meeting cadences, agendas, and escalation pathways to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain a stakeholder map across P&C, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Brands to ensure alignment and clarity of roles.
