Our Enterprise Operations division has a full?time opening for an Analytics, Reporting, and Process Improvement Manager. This position leads data?driven, automated, and AI?enhanced initiatives to improve performance and efficiency. The role is responsible for developing analytical frameworks, delivering actionable reporting, and driving process improvement across business lines. It oversees process documentation, testing, quality assurance, and vendor management to ensure compliance, alignment, and value. Additionally, the role collaborates cross?functionally to execute initiatives with strategic focus and accountability. Salary range : $134,000 to $170,000
Duties
- Project & Stakeholder Management : Lead a team supporting divisional system and data initiatives. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather business requirements and assist the team in drafting project specifications. Partner with internal departments to define timelines, establish project priorities with senior leadership, and oversee execution of high?impact and mandated projects. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- System Oversight & Vendor Coordination : Supervise staff responsible for the maintenance and integrity of internal and external systems. Ensure seamless functionality and integration for internal users, customers, and vendors. Manage vendor relationships, including contract review, SLA adherence, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Automation Strategy & Implementation : Develop and manage automation solutions using IT?approved tools such as PowerSuite and Copilot. Maintain an automation intake process, prioritize requests based on ROI, and track measurable improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization & Documentation : Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive process flow documentation for all division functions. Ensure annual review of all processes and timely updates (within four weeks) following any changes. Recommend and track process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics Leadership : Manage a team of data analysts leveraging statistical methodologies to deliver insights into business performance. Guide the implementation of analytical tools, interpret results, and support strategic decision?making through clear and actionable reporting to leadership.
- Systems Analysis & Improvement : Lead a team focused on the evaluation and enhancement of business systems. Allocate resources, oversee deliverables, and ensure alignment with client requirements. Coordinate with cross?functional teams to identify, implement, and optimize cost?effective systems. Establish and enforce quality standards and oversee product / process testing.
- Continuous Learning & Industry Engagement : Stay current with trends in healthcare software and data best practices. Pursue ongoing professional development through education, reading, networking, and active participation in industry organizations.
- Team Development & Performance Management : Provide leadership and development for direct reports. Establish priorities, identify skill gaps, and facilitate continuous learning through structured educational opportunities.
