In this position, you'll :

• Implement value stream mapping and optimize waste streams
• Own LMM implementation and workgroup engagement
• Analyze and improve standard work and spider diagrams
• Conduct gap analysis to engineer running capacity and implement improvements
• Manage vehicle inventory with first run capability vs MTTR analysis
• Focus on waste elimination at the workstation level
