Job Details

Position Overview :

As a Partner, you will play a key role in leading and expanding our business The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling complex matters and possess a deep understanding of the legal landscape in this field.

You should be bringing a book of business worth $800,000 - $1,000,000.

Responsibilities :

Client Advocacy : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and legal expertise in insurance recovery matters.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.

Leadership and Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of attorneys, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Share knowledge and insights to enhance the professional development of junior lawyers.

Business Development : Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand the firm's presence in the insurance recovery and litigation market.

Legal Expertise : Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and emerging issues in insurance law. Leverage your expertise to provide innovative solutions to clients and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Litigation Management : Oversee and manage complex insurance litigation matters from inception to resolution. Ensure that cases are handled efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with clients' objectives.

Collaboration : Work closely with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Collaborate with colleagues to leverage the firm's collective expertise and resources.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in any industry except insurance, family law, and person injury.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal.

Proven track record of successful client representation and business development.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of attorneys.
