REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Prior experience working with homeless populations highly preferred
- Comfortable working independently and handling escalated situations
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Supports a nonprofit shelter in providing a safe, orderly, and compassionate environment for residents.Essential in enforcing rules, offering support to guests, and helping maintain facility standards that ensure dignity and safety for all.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor shelter activities and ensure policy complianceAssist residents with basic needs and questionsEnforce shelter rules and address concerns professionallyMaintain cleanliness and organization of common areasServe as a point of contact for guests; provide support and resolve conflictsAccurately document incidents and daily activitiesArrive punctually for scheduled shifts and stay late when requiredEQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
