Mid-Market Sales Executive

The Opportunity

We're seeking a driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our growing team and bring the Workhuman vision to life for mid-sized organizations. This is a high-impact role where you'll manage complete sales cycles, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and showcase the value of our industry-leading Recognition and Human Intelligence software. You'll execute on a territory plan to maximize revenue, partner with high-caliber clients, and evangelize our solutions through product demos, events, and tailored account initiatives. This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office. Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident). We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

The Skills You Will Bring

  • 25 years of successful sales experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B softwareor proven overperformance in an SDR / BDR role.
  • Strong track record of managing deals sized $50K$250K ARR.
  • Skilled in consultative selling : uncovering needs, articulating value, and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Confident in building ROI-based business cases and engaging CFO-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a robust sales tech stack.
  • Resilient, driven, and adaptable. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills, while also highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
