Job Summary

We are North America's leading distributor of Retail store fixtures and equipment. We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Manager to handle daily operations of the warehouse, including freight, shipping and receiving, returns and transfers. The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service to our clients. Essential Job Responsibilities

• Control and manage warehouse inventory for specific major retailers
• Oversee profitability and financial responsibility for account operation
• Maintain daily interaction with high level representatives from retail clients
• Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations
• Manage general maintenance of facility and equipment used in the warehouse
• Enforce all company rules and regulations
• Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
• Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products
• Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
• Enforce high safety standards and drive improved efficiency

Experience/Skills Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 20+ direct and indirect reports
• Relates well to a broad range of people, builds rapport well, builds constructive and effective relationships. Calm under pressure and can defuse high-tension situations comfortably and easily.
• 5+ years' experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures including best practices, OSHA regulations, safety, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Impeccable written, verbal, and group presentation skills required. Ability to set clear directions and provide information so that others can make accurate decisions
• Ability to work with all levels of staff
• Proficient with warehouse management systems, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office programs - Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
