The IT Manager partners with leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, from cybersecurity and data management to systems integration and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and cloud environments.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity standards, data protection policies, and compliance protocols.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, and business software integrations, ensuring functionality and alignment with workflow needs.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve productivity and cross-department collaboration.
• Manage user access, help desk operations, and vendor relationships.

Plan and execute system upgrades, maintenance schedules, and business continuity strategies.
