Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Acton, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to oversee employee benefits and manage the full leave administration function. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee support across all benefit and leave programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer all employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, issue resolution, and vendor communications.
Manage the full leave administration process (FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD / LTD, workers compensation coordination, etc.).
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and plan-level requirements for benefits and leaves.
Conduct new hire benefits onboarding and support UKG benefits enrollment.
Maintain accurate HRIS data and benefit / leave records; prepare and analyze related reports.
Support benefits audits, plan renewals, and annual open enrollment activities.
Assist with training program administration, including maintaining training records and helping with scheduling as needed.

Salary : $70,000$80,000 depending on experience
