?? About the Internship

We're looking for a Product Operations & AI Tools Intern to join our growing Tech / Product team.

This isn't a coding role — but it's perfect for someone who loves systems, automation, and finding creative ways to make operations more efficient. You'll help design and maintain the digital tools that keep our teams moving. If you're curious about how healthcare, product design, and artificial intelligence come together in real-world settings, you'll fit right in.

?? What You'll Do

Support the Tech / Product team in maintaining internal systems and dashboards (HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets).

Help document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and support.

Monitor automations in HubSpot and Zapier for emails, forms, and task assignments.

Experiment with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and workflow agents to simplify work.

Collaborate with the creative and operations teams on digital content and knowledge assets.

Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily coordination using Jira.

? Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program (any major welcome).

Curious about automation, AI, or healthcare technology.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Zapier , or Notion is a plus.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable learning new tools and experimenting — a natural systems tinkerer.
