Content Moderator

• Key Responsibilities
• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Investigate and report fraudulent activity using internal tools.
• Respond to customer tickets via phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately and document actions taken.
• Interpret data and trends to recommend solutions.
• Must-Have Skills
• 1+ year in customer service with experience in :
• Content moderation
• Fraud analysis & reporting
• Ticket resolution
• Experience using AI tools professionally
• Strong computer literacy and multitasking across systems
• Skills : admin, reception, troubleshoot, problem solve, technical support, fraud investigation, escalation, call center, customer support
• Interview Process

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
