Key Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in skilled trades.
• Experience with mission-critical electrical power distribution systems (generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches such as ATS / STS).
• At least five years of experience in MEP or electrical power design, construction, or maintenance with a strong electrical focus.
• Proficiency in understanding mission-critical electrical power distribution and mechanical systems.
• Hyperscale data center construction experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
