Key Responsibilities
Own post-onboarding success for a portfolio of dealerships, driving usage, renewals, and expansion
Ensure quick realization of value for dealers and proactively address product gaps and training needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding and support teams to enhance customer experience and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
2-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role in a SaaS environment
Experience managing a B2B customer portfolio focused on retention and growth
Familiarity with AI / LLM products, voice platforms, or complex operational systems
Ability to navigate ambiguity and engage with technical products and workflows
Desire to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving environment
