We are seeking dedicated onsite technicians to join our team. This position involves essential operations within a busy facility, ensuring the smooth management of waste and materials.

Responsibilities

• Making waste and trash pickups throughout a customer's facility, including cardboard, plastic, and metal scraps.
• Operating mobile equipment efficiently and safely.
• Moving and emptying trash gondolas within the plant.

Work Environment

The role is based at a busy and noisy General Motors Delta facility. The working hours are from 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturday work schedules. During weeks requiring Saturday work, employees will receive another day off during the week or will be compensated accordingly. Safety and appropriate attire, including PPE, are mandatory.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50 / hr.
