Urgent Care Physician Assistant

HSHS is recruiting a BC / BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care team in Wisconsin. This provider will be based out of Green Bay with credentials at all four HSHS Wisconsin locations.Practice Highlights : - Well established Wound Care Clinic- No holidays or weekends- No required call- EPIC EMR- Clinics are within the hospitals, providing access to all imaging, labs, scans, etc. needed.- Ample training time provided with Wound Care teamPosition Requirements : - Unrestricted Wisconsin license prior to start- Board Certified- 2+ years of provider work experience is strongly preferred. Experience in Wound Care is preferred, but experience in other specialties will also be considered.Compensation & Benefits Package : - Base guarantee- Paid time off with holidays accrued bi-weekly- Annual CME funds- Sign on bonus and relocation assistance both available

Education Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
