Our Fortune 100 client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Facility management and CAFM systems experience. This is a long term contract.
Are you a skilled project manager with a strong understanding of facility management and CAFM systems? We seek a contractor to oversee day-to-day project management activities, ensuring all parties are aligned and on track for successful implementation.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a system upgrade that will align with our organization's business goals and objectives.
What we are looking for :
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : With your strong analytical capabilities, you will assess the current state of our CAFM system, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
Your ability to evaluate processes and make informed decisions will drive improved business outcomes.
Change Management : Understanding the implications of change management, you will partner with our designated Change Lead to ensure a smooth transition to the upgraded system.
Your planning abilities will minimize resistance and foster user adoption.
Communication and Stakeholder Management : Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including WPS and facility managers, IT staff, vendors, and end-users.
You will gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Nice to Haves :
Experience with FM Systems will give you an added advantage in understanding our specific requirements.
Previous experience supporting a CAFM system upgrade project showcases your expertise and makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
