Senior Analyst
Performs professional level analysis and management functions in area of faculty records and faculty appointments. Maintains data integrity of the Faculty Information System and performs data and records management functions. Processes faculty application forms for prospective non-salaried faculty and tracks prospective faculty appointment candidates' status throughout the recruitment and faculty appointment continuum. Provides administrative and organizational support for the faculty appointments review process. Develops marketing materials and establishes positive working relationships with leadership, faculty, and department staff. Adheres to all TTUHSCEP policies and procedures and processes. Actively promotes and encourages staff across the institution. Remains current with all licensures, certifications, and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position.
