Job Description

This Executive Administrative role provides direct clinical patient care with Tenet's in-house contingent Pool, Trusted Resource Associates. Work directly with Tenet on a Local Contract. This contract position is open to fill a short-term leave.

Job Description and Requirements

• Must report On-site every day 8 am to 4 : 30 to Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree, CA
• Front Facing Executive Administrator supporting the CEO, the CNO and Directors.
• All types of reporting functions related to creating, auditing and submitting of reports for payroll, timekeeping and other, such as : expense reports, turnover reports, missed meals reports, etc.
• Heavy Calendar scheduling, updating and coordination.
• Ability to design creatively with notices that go out via electronic communication.
• Compose letters, meeting minutes, memoranda, presentations and related material.
• Draft, proof and send communications on behalf of company executives.

Local Contract pay currently $54 an hour. Contract pay can change according to market conditions and this rate is not guaranteed. You must speak with a Recruiter to confirm rates at time of signing a 13 week contract.
