As Executive Chef , you’ll oversee all food production for our restaurant, guiding the team with a blend of creativity, precision, and leadership. You’ll drive quality, manage costs, and shape a positive, productive kitchen culture. Experience with Latin cuisine is required.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000

Your Role :

As Executive Chef, you’ll set the tone and direction for the entire kitchen operation. Key responsibilities include :

• Lead all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation across outlets and events.
• Develop menus and specials while managing food and labor costs.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate all kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and professional environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain scheduling and staffing levels based on business needs.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments and hotel leadership to support overall success.
• Respond to guest feedback and adjust operations to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in budget planning and manage expenses within set targets.
• Other duties as assigned.
