Job description???? What You’ll Do : Be the first point of contact for new clients and referral partners. Coordinate and complete at least 10 intakes per week , ensuring smooth transitions into our psychiatric rehabilitation program. Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community organizations. Verify insurance, submit authorizations, and manage documentation with accuracy. Collaborate with clinical teams to support client success from day one. ???? Your Impact : Maintain 90%+ client satisfaction on entrance surveys. Achieve 85%+ stakeholder satisfaction on admissions experience. Ensure pre-authorizations submitted within 48 hours of intake. ???? What You Bring : 1–2 years of experience in admissions, intake, or healthcare. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Familiarity with EMRs, Microsoft Office, and HIPAA compliance. Knowledge of Maryland healthcare regulations and CARF standards. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. ???? Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm
