Qualifications
Education : MD or DO with completed Addiction Medicine FellowshipLicensure : Active New York State Medical LicenseExperience : Minimum 3 years of experience in addiction medicine; leadership experience preferredRequirements : Active Medicaid provider number; Active DEA certificationLanguage : Spanish proficiency preferredTechnical Skills : Knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, program developmentSoft Skills : Leadership, cultural competence, empathy, strong communication, collaborative approachKey Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the addiction medicine programDevelop and implement treatment protocols and quality standardsSupervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulationsProvide direct patient care, including medication-assisted treatmentMaintain active Medicaid provider status and DEA certificationCollaborate with community partners and referral sourcesEnsure culturally competent care for a diverse patient populationHow to Apply
