WelbeHealth PACE (All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides seniors with the opportunity to continue living in their homes and in their communities. We employ a collaborative interdisciplinary team (IDT) approach to evaluate and guide participant care. Overview

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Director will be at the center of our IDT, overseeing all medical care provided to WelbeHealth participants and being accountable for the development, maintenance, and oversight of the Quality Improvement (QI) program and all medical policies, procedures, standards, and protocols. The Medical Director supervises PACE Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Community-Based PACE Physicians and other medical staff and contractors.

We are seeking Medical Directors that ideally have current knowledge of chronic care and geriatric issues and best practices (must be currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi‑Cal participants). Salary / Wage base range for this role is $300,000 – $363,000 per year + bonus + equity. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
