We have an immediate opening for a Dental Assistant in the St. Louis, MO area. You will perform routine administrative and clinical duties.
Our client is open to candidates available on a temporary to permanent basis. Seeking either a school diploma or state certification.
Responsibilities :
- Handle all necessary administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Prepare patients for their appointments
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Prepare patient charts
- Prepare rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize & clean instruments
- Take inventory of medical materials and supplies
- Assist Dentist by passing instruments along during procedures
- 2 years experience a plus
Qualifications :
- Familiarity with a Dental setting
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
