Scope of Work / Job Characteristics

Responsibilities include :

• Configure, Install and Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, access points to meet FDLE security standards and practices.
• Help other IT members troubleshoot applications and systems.
• Help junior network members with assigned tasks while providing informal training.
• Research and implement security controls and configurations of network devices and solutions.
