Join a global leader in manufacturing and flow control solutions at our Woodridge, IL facility. As a CNC Turning Setup Machinist, you will turn raw stock into precision components that meet exacting specifications. This is a direct hire position with competitive hourly pay, a 10% shift differential, a 5% annual bonus, and full benefits starting Day 1.

Your Day

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to run production and one-off parts with tight tolerances.
• Study blueprints and drawings, apply GD&T, and choose the right tooling and offsets for the job.
• Use micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and depth gauges to verify first-article and in-process results.
• Monitor cycle performance, make adjustments to maintain quality and throughput, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with minor repairs to keep equipment in top condition.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized to 5S standards.
• Coordinate with teammates and leads to hit quality and production targets.
