Dental Account Manager

We are seeking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

This position is responsible for managing new and existing patients, building relationships, and helping patients achieve their goals. The successful candidate is an astute project manager, balancing initiatives across many patients.

Compensation Package - $22hr - $28hr D.O.E

Schedule - Monday- Friday : 10 : 30am - 6 : 30pm, Saturday : 8 : 00am-2 : 00pm (1-2 a month)

Patient Care Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities :

• Establish and build a strong relationship with patients
• Responsible for all aspects of account management, including internal communication among staff to deliver an exceptional client experience, communication with insurance companies, and management of account billing statements.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Responsible for Presenting Treatment Plans and Financial Agreements to new patients, existing patients.
• Take ownership of service issues on behalf of the patients and work with insurance carriers to resolve problems.
• Communicate the status of ongoing service issues to the patients on time to collect revolving account balances.
• Communicate and follow up with patients in a timely fashion.
• Deliver and manage patient accounts to ensure patient retention, profitability, revenue, and patient satisfaction objectives are consistent with company goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and documentation are required to be successful in this position.
